Ricky J. Kroeger has over 40 years consulting experience in the diverse cultures of 20 countries spanning five continents. His consulting, management and development experience has led the transformation of various businesses and non-profits including church management & leadership, church plant leadership and leadership personality mentoring. He is the author of articles published in five languages; has been a pastor, executive pastor, elder, was involved in two church plants, has authored four books and countless videos related to church health, pastoral leadership, disciple development (the rabbinic/talmidic model Jesus used) and the returning of God’s people to the Conversational Synagogue Learning model of Jesus’ day. He has been an ongoing life coach and mentor to the diverse people groups found in half-way houses, resetting their world views through their education and development in support of spiritual formation.
